 The Best Italian Cookie!May 02, 2009
These biscotti are wonderful! Great to dunk in coffee and hot chocolate, or just by themselves for a late nite snack. They have chunks of pistacios and a generous coating of chocolate on the flat side. Individually wrapped to ensure freshness - a very nice treat!

I used to buy these ALL the time. They cost about $10 at Sam's club. They do, however, have partially hydrogenated oils = transfat. Baking your own is your best bet.

I received a sample of this wonderful biscotti in a gift package. It is absolutely yummy! Reminds me of cookies that my mom used to bake!
